Specializing in custom weld fixturing and small scale structural welding, ArcLight's free-hand TIG, MIG, and ARC welding services can handle a broad variety of materials up to 1.25 inches thick. These materials include, but are not limited to, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.
Additionally, our TIG, MIG, and ARC welding services can be applied to a wide range of applications, including sanitary welding and precision assembly.
With our vast knowledge of welding and fabrication, we can ensure the proper technique is used to produce your quality products at an efficient cost. We work closely with customers to understand their exact needs and are able to cost-effectively engineer and produce weld fixtures to achieve precise alignment and maintain tight tolerances for their weldments.

CNC Plasma Cutting Table (Coming Soon)
ArcLight's CNC plasma cutting table will give us the ability to cut most any shape component used in our metal fabrication. Our CNC plasma table will allow us to cut up to 4ft by 8ft by 3/4″ thick stainless steel or carbon steel.

Powder Coating & Blasting
We partner with several local powder coating and surface preparation services to give you completed steel work a durable, long lasting powder coated paint finish.

Estimating
Your project’s quote is only as good as the estimating department that gives it to you. It’s important to have accurate and complete blueprints, drawings, or files when you submit for a quote. The attention to detail ArchLight provides on the front end for your estimating ensures that your quote is detailed and complete.
